Using Shampoo

Q What kind of shampoo do you recommend after I stop the use of the baby shampoo?

A Baby shampoo has a heavy quality that softens and protects the skin while your hair grafts are healing. However, once that time has passed, that heavy quality will clog the pores and possibly result in pimples. When you receive a hair transplant, each hair graft contains not only a hair, but an oil gland. The oil gland naturally creates an environment that helps to soften the existing skin in that area so that once the graft is healed, in four weeks, you do not need (and don't want) the heaviness of baby shampoo. We do also recommend Help Hair shampoo and conditioner which is formulated and balanced for oily or damaged dry hair as well as transplanted hair.
