Hair Transplant Procedure - Reuse Incision?
Q I had a procedure with another doctor and I would like to know if you can use the same incision in the back with another procedure.
A It is very common for us to piggy back off another incision so you end up with one incision in the back. However we would need to see where the prior incision was made and what you are trying to achieve as far as density. If the first incision was made too low then we probably would not want to repeat the mistake but if it is closer to the area near the protruding ridge in the back of the head then we good easily use it.
