FUE harvesting
Follicular unit extraction. Removing single follicular units, one at a time, from the donor site in a small cluster by using a tiny punch excision. A punch used to extract single follicular units is typically 1mm diameter or less. Extracting these single units, commonly done using a 16 gauge needle punch, does not result in the most healthy hair follicles. See more about good hair transplant procedures.
